VizieR Online Data Catalog: TESS catalog of 1322 contact binary candidates (Ding+, 2024)
Abstract
We utilized light curves obtained from the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS). TESS observes each sector, which lasts for 27.4days, over a designated section of the sky. These long and high-precision light curves facilitate the study of periodic variable stars in them. All selected targets with a 120s exposure time were downloaded from the Mikulski Archive for Space Telescopes (MAST) database. Light curves in sectors 1-66 observed by TESS are used to detect contact binaries.
