VizieR Online Data Catalog: Ariel homogeneous stellar C, N, O abundances (da Silva+, 2024)
Abstract
The abundances of carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen for sample of 181 planet-host FGK dwarf stars are presented. We applied the spectral synthesis and/or the equivalent width methods to high-resolution and high signal-to-noise spectra collected with several instruments (ESO/HARPS, TNG/HARPS-N, VLT/UVES, ESO/FEROS, OHP/SOPHIE, NOT/FIES, LBT/PEPSI, Keck/HIRES, and/or TBL/NARVAL). The carbon abundances are a mean of atomic and molecular indicators whereas the nitrogen abundances are derived from one CN molecular band indicator, and the oxygen abundances are derived from the [OI] forbidden line indicator. The [C/Fe], [N/Fe], and [O/Fe] abundance ratios are scaled to the solar standard abundances taken from Asplund et al. (2009ARA&A..47..481A), except iron, for which we adopted a value of 7.47 in a logarithmic scale in which hydrogen has a value of 12. The uncertainties estimated for each star and from each indicator are also presented. Finally, we defined a parameter that we named Vbroad, which is a combined contribution of the stellar projected equatorial velocity and the stellar macroturbulence, both used to estimate the spectral line broadening.
