GRB 241025A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization
Abstract
At 01:36:26 UT on 25 Oct 2024, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 241025A (trigger 751512991.890046 / 241025067). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 326.2, Dec = 80.3 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 21h 44m, 80d 17'), with a statistical uncertainty of 3.6 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 46.0 degrees. The skymap can be found here: https://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/FTP/fermi/data/gbm/triggers/2024/bn241025067/quicklook/glg_skymap_all_bn241025067.png The HEALPix FITS file, including the estimated localization systematic, can be found here: https://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/FTP/fermi/data/gbm/triggers/2024/bn241025067/quicklook/glg_healpix_all_bn241025067.fit The GBM light curve can be found here: https://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/FTP/fermi/data/gbm/triggers/2024/bn241025067/quicklook/glg_lc_medres34_bn241025067.gif
