Graphene coating-modified LiCoO2 films as high-performance cathode material in quasi-solid-state thin-film lithium batteries
Abstract
LiCoO2 films prepared by magnetron sputtering with good transport property and electrochemical performance. Flexible graphene buffer layer modified interface characteristics of LCO/LAGP. Analysis of interface impedance mechanism through the distribution of relaxation times (DRT). Quasi-solid-state thin film lithium battery of LCO/G/LAGP/Li with a discharge specific capacity of 109.53 mAh·g‑1.
