VizieR Online Data Catalog: Opt. spectra of blue MIR objects in LMC (Ishioka+, 2023)
Abstract
The pilot observations for six objects were done during the commissioning period of the Goodman Spectrograph on the Southern Astrophysical Research (SOAR) 4.1m Telescope at Cerro Pachon on 2009 January 9-10 and 2009 March 16. We subsequently acquired observing time on the Blanco 4m Telescope at Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory (CTIO) and the SOAR Telescope to take spectra of our Spitzer sample of blue stars with mid-IR excesses. Follow-up observations of five objects were made with the Cerro Tololo Ohio State Multi-Object Spectrograph (COSMOS) on the Blanco Telescope on 2020 December 10-11. Table 2 presents the journal of spectroscopic observations. See Section 3.1.
We also used higher-quality Hα, I-band, and near-IR images of star-forming complexes in the LMC obtained using the Blanco 4m Telescope at CTIO in several observing runs since 2005. See Section 3.2. (8 data files).- Publication:
