VizieR Online Data Catalog: Speckle Interferometry at SOAR in 2021 (Tokovinin+, 2022)
Abstract
The observations reported here were obtained with the high-resolution camera (HRCam) -- a fast imager designed to work at the 4.1m Southern Astrophysical Research Telescope (SOAR) telescope. HRCam receives light through the SOAR Adaptive Module (SAM), which provides correction of the atmospheric dispersion. We used mostly the near-infrared I filter (824/170nm) and the Stromgren y filter (543/22nm), with four observations made in the V filter. In the standard observing mode, two series of four hundred 200x200 pixel images (image cubes) are recorded. The pixel scale is 0.01575", so the field of view is 3.15"; the exposure time is normally 24ms.
