VizieR Online Data Catalog: MUSE Hubble Ultra Deep Field surveys. DR2 (Bacon+, 2023)
Abstract
This second data release of the MUSE Hubble Ultra Deep Field surveys is a major update of the DR1 published in Bacon et al. (2017A&A...608A...1B) and Inami et al. (2020ApJ...902..113I). Like DR1, it is based on deep MUSE GTO observations of the HST UDF area. It covers a field of view of 3x3-arcmin2 at a 10-h depth (MOSAIC) and 1x1-arcmin2 at a 31-h depth (UDF-10), with much improved data reduction and data analysis processes compared with DR1. A new data set, the MUSE extremely deep field (MXDF), also located in the UDF XDF area and covering an approximatively circular area of 1 arcmin in diameter, has been pushed to a depth of 141h. This data set benefits from an improved spatial resolution of 0.55-arcsec at 7000Å, thanks to the GLAO AOF system.
