Distance-based time-dependent optimal ratio control scheme (TORCS) in congested mixed autonomy networks
Abstract
A time-dependent distance-based optimal ratio control scheme is proposed for mixed autonomy congested networks. A new concept called "routing control frequency" is introduced. The proposed framework is applied to a large-scale simulation-based mixed-equilibrium traffic assignment model of Melbourne, Australia.
