Fast and efficient PAT image reconstruction algorithms: A comparative performance analysis
Abstract
Compressive sensing (CS) for faster computation. Photoacoustic tomography (PAT) for higher resolution. Efficient CS-PAT algorithm implementation using sparsity and decoupling strategies. Number of samples and sensors can be reduced for further complexity reduction. Proposed algorithms enable early cancer detection.
