Two uranyl-organic frameworks based on pyridine carboxylic acid and their electrochemistry properties study
Abstract
In this paper, two novel 1D uranyl coordination polymers, [(UO2)(HPDTC)(H2O)]Cl (1) and [(UO2)(DPA)(H2O) (2) based on pyridine acid have been synthesized using hydrothermal method. The structure was obtained with the help of a Single Crystal X-ray diffraction meter and further characterized by IR, UV-vis, TG and others. The compounds show good luminescence properties and the uranium center exhibits the same pentagonal bipyramid coordination geometry among the compounds. Their electrochemical properties have been investigated through Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and Galvanostatic Charge/Discharge (GCD). It reveals the counterion ions in compound 1 improve the electrical properties as the capacity is 56.94 F g-1.
