Determination of the relationship of structural and diagnostic parameters of locomotives diesel engines
Abstract
In practice, it is often necessary to determine the correlation between the parameters of the technical device operation and the parameters of its technical condition. In particular, during technical diagnosis, a number of indirect signals are used to determine the change in a structural parameter that cannot be directly determined, but characterizes the state of the entire unit. For a locomotive diesel engine, staying in the nominal mode is limited due to the features of the work and it is quite difficult to evaluate it. It is proposed to use the criterion of minimizing the mean squared error of determining the structural parameter to assess the probabilistic relationship between the diagnostic and structural parameters of a locomotive diesel engine. The algorithm for the implementation of the task is proposed, the average operational values of the diagnostic parameters are determined. There were determined expected value and an indicator of the degree of functional dependence for each of them. The dependence of the structural parameter of the average operational power of a locomotive diesel engine is obtained due to the given diagnostic parameters, which makes it possible to synthesize forecasts of changes in the state of the structural parameter in operation.
