Persistent brainwave disruption and cognitive impairment induced by acute sarin surrogate sub-lethal dose exposure
Abstract
NIMP is a potential mimic of sarin intoxication in mice. Sub-lethal NIMP exposure induces long-term brainwave disruption for up to 1 month. Sub-lethal NIMP exposure induces plasticity memory impairment at 1 month post exposure. A sub-lethal dose of NIMP has long-term cerebral impact.
