Respiratory exposure to carbon black nanoparticles may induce testicular structure damage and lead to decreased sperm quality in mice
Abstract
Dose effect of CBNPs exposure to three life stages of mice were observed. Testicular oxidative stress and inflammation had time/dose-dependent effects. Testicular damage structurally happened with exposure dose effects. Sperm qualities functionally decreased with exposure dose effects.
