Antenna specifications for short-range ultra-high-speed THz wireless communication in the 6G technology. Review of recent related-works of THz band antenna, fabrication and measurement with their open challenges. Overall analysis and opportunity to develop any of THz band antenna studies for the 6G wireless communication system. Other possible research directions are included for further studies.
