Luminescence of Li2W1-0.05Mo0.05O4 crystal under X-ray excitation
Abstract
Luminescence studies of Li2W1-0.05Mo0.05O4 crystal under X-ray irradiation have been carried out. Thermally stimulated luminescence was recorded in Li2W1-0.05Mo0.05O4 crystal after X-ray irradiation at liquid helium temperature. Seven thermally stimulated luminescence peaks were observed in the temperature region from 8 to 150 The main parameters of the traps were estimated by using experimentally observed temperature dependence of thermally stimulated luminescence. The direct tunneling of the charge carrier into the excited state of nearby located recombination center was confirmed.
