Influence of defects and dopants on the sensitivity of arsenene towards HCN
Abstract
The effect of defect and doping on the sensitivity of arsenene to HCN is studied. The sensitivity is significantly improved by doping. V- and Ni-doped arsenene can be used as nanosensor to detect HCN gas.
