Silver oxide nanoparticle, effect of chemical interaction temperatures on structural properties and surface roughness
Abstract
In this work, effect of chemical interaction temperatures on the structural and surface RMS value has been investigated and analyzed using chemical bath deposition method. Different temperature (25, 50, 75, and 100 °C) was used during the chemical interaction using specific raw material. The x-ray diffraction results insure the formation of cubic silver oxide nanocrystal with an average RMS value below 10nm.
