VizieR Online Data Catalog: Radio catalogue of Galactic HII regions (Gao+, 2019)

The catalogue collects 401 HII regions identified from the Sino-German λ6cm polarisation survey of the Galactic plane. The small-diameter HII regions are from the cross-matches between the 6cm small-diameter source catalogue and the Paladini HII region catalogue and the HII region catalogue based on the WISE data. The extended HII regions are picked out by overlaying the Paladini and WISE HII regions onto the 6cm images and searching for coincidence by eye. The spectra of the HII regions selected by the above procedure are further inspected either through spectral fits using the Effelsberg 21cm, 11cm and the Urumqi 6cm flux densities or by the TT-plot method. For this HII region catalogue from the 6cm survey, we quote the flux densities at various frequencies that were previously reported in literature together with the new 6cm measurement. We also incorporate the distance information of the HII regions if available.
