Effects of changing travel patterns on travel satisfaction: A focus on recently relocated residents
Abstract
This paper analyses travel satisfaction of recently relocated residents. Respondents are segmented into four clusters based on changes in travel patterns. Decreased car use, travel distance and duration result in high/increased satisfaction. Living in or relocating to urban neighbourhoods results in more satisfying travel.
