Light stimulated and regulated gas sensing ability for ammonia using sulfur-hyperdoped silicon
Abstract
First fabrication of gas sensor using sulfur-hyperdoped silicon. Enhanced gas-sensing ability under the asymmetric light illumination. A novel transducer function stimulated by light and based on photoelectrons. Self-powered gas sensing due to the lateral photovoltaic effect. Light-regulated and dramatically increased gas response.
