An approach to the formation of preventive scenarios for complex technical objects of petrochemical and oil and gas production based on the state analysis system
Abstract
The study substantiates the relevance of complex technical objects state analysis in petrochemical and oil and gas production at the pre-failure stages of their life cycle. An approach to developing preventive scenarios for complex technical objects is proposed. The specific feature of the proposed approach is the ability to adapt to different operating conditions and the implementation of the predicted effective preventive actions in complex technical objects based on the construction of a non-excessive and sufficient prevention scenario in order to improve the operating efficiency of the facility as a whole. To solve the problem defined, the authors propose a model of complex technical object operation, a set of functional models, and a software system which reflects the elements of the process that supports decision-making while setting up operating modes of complex technical objects.
