Sintering-temperature dependent on the room temperature electrical properties of Sr2FeMoO6
Abstract
In this work, polycrystalline Sr2FeMoO6 double perovskite material has been synthesized by sol-gel and sintering method. The structural properties checked by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) shows tetragonal perovskite structure with I4/m space group. The electrical properties as a function of frequency (100 Hz - 1 MHz) at room temperature (300 K) were characterized by using RCL meter. Impedance data shows the rise of impedance values and bulk (grain) resistance with increasing of sintering temperature. Based on dielectric studies, the dielectric spectra show the decrease of dielectric constant and increase of loss dielectric as sintering temperature increases. They also exhibit the presence of dielectric relaxation phenomenon at room temperature in this frequency range.
