Nonlinear Nonlocal Equation for Envelope of Water Waves

For deep water waves the equation for the envelope is derived. The equation is nonlocal and has explicit advection term. The assumption of a narrowness of spectral band around a characteristic wave is not is necessary. Thus, this equation is suitable for description of extreme waves (freak waves).
