VizieR Online Data Catalog: redMaPPer cluster catalog from DES data (Rykoff+, 2016)
Abstract
The Dark Energy Survey (DES) is an ongoing five-band (grizY) photometric survey performed with the Dark Energy Camera (DECam) on the 4m Blanco Telescope at Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory (CTIO). Prior to the beginning of the DES, from 2012 November to 2013 March, DES conducted a ~250deg2 "SV" (Science Verification) survey. After the initial production of the early data products, we detected several issues that were mitigated in post-processing, leading to the creation of the "SVA1 Gold" photometry catalog. See section 2.1 for further explanations.
In addition to our new catalog of DES SVA1 data, we have updated the redMaPPer catalog for SDSS DR8 photometric data (Aihara+ 2011ApJS..193...29A). See section 2.2 for further details and see Paper I (Rykoff+, 2014, J/ApJ/785/104). (8 data files).- Publication:
