A new solar reference spectrum obtained with the SOLAR/SOLSPEC space-based spectro-radiometer
Abstract
The solar spectrum is a key input for different disciplines such as Solar Physics and Climate Physics. Based on SOLAR/SOLSPEC data, we will present a new solar irradiance spectrum from 165 to 3088 nm. The methodology for obtaining these results will be described. Finally, this new solar reference spectrum will be compared with other solar irradiance reference spectra (ATLAS 3 and WHI 2008).
