Prenatal exposure to di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) affects reproductive outcomes in female mice
Abstract
Prenatal exposure to DEHP increases male-to-female sex ratio in the F1 generation. Prenatal exposure to DEHP increases preantral follicle numbers on postnatal day 21. Prenatal exposure to DEHP (20μg/kg/day) increases time to pregnancy. Prenatal exposure to DEHP (750mg/kg/day) causes loss of some pups.
