VizieR Online Data Catalog: An atlas of UV-to-MIR galaxy SEDs (Brown+, 2014)
Abstract
Our sample consists of z<0.05 galaxies with archival drift-scan optical spectroscopy, all of which have well calibrated multi-wavelength imaging spanning from the ultraviolet to the mid-infrared. Almost all galaxies in our sample have spectra from the Spitzer Space Telescope's Infrared Spectrograph (IRS), with the exceptions being elliptical galaxies with (approximately) Rayleigh-Jeans spectra in the mid-infrared. The bulk of the optical spectra are taken from Moustakas & Kennicutt (2006, Cat. J/ApJS/164/81) and Moustakas et al. (2010, Cat. J/ApJS/190/233), who used the Bok 2.3m and CTIO 1.5m telescopes, with some additional spectra of elliptical galaxies taken from Kennicutt (1992, Cat. VII/141) and Gavazzi et al. (2004, Cat. J/A+A/417/499). Akari Infrared Camera (IRC) spectroscopy is used when it captures a significant fraction of the total galaxy flux and has high signal to noise. Accurate matched-aperture photometry from the ultraviolet to the mid-infrared was measured with archival imaging from the GALEX, Swift UV/optical monitor telescope (UVOT), SDSS III, Two Micron All Sky Survey, Spitzer Space Telescope, and WISE.
