Influence of charge asymmetry and isospin-dependent cross section on elliptical flow
Abstract
Using the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics model, we study the effect of charge asymmetry and isospin-dependent cross section on different aspects of elliptical flow. Simulations are carried out for the reactions of z1124Xn+z1124Xn, where z1 = 47, 50, 53, 57, and 59 and z240Yn+z240Yn, where z2 = 14, 16, 18, 21 and 23. Our study shows that the elliptical flow depends strongly on the nature of the cross section. Transition energy, on the other hand, is unaffected by the neutron content.
