The Early Martian Climate: Effects of Airborne Dust, CO2 Ice Cap Albedo, and Orbital Obliquity on Atmospheric Collapse
Abstract
The NASA Ames Mars GCM is used to explore early thick atmospheres with a range of dust loadings, CO2 caps albedos, and obliquities to study how atmospheric dust affects the stability of the atmosphere against collapse into permanent CO2 caps.
