Time-Efficient Calculation of High Temperature Mixture of CO2 and N2 Radiation for Complex Geometry
Abstract
The two dimensional axisymmetric calculation of radiation heating rate for EXOMARS capsule is maintained by the P1-approximation of Spherical Harmonics method (SHM). The time efficiency of the calculations with adequately accuracy of the results is demonstrated. The comparison of P1-approximation and the ray-tracing method (RTM) radiation flux density is performed.
