MAGPIS: The Multi-Array Galactic Plane Imaging Survey
Abstract
MAGPIS is a 20 cm radio survey of the first quadrant of the Milky Way. With five-arcsecond angular resolution and 1 mJy sensitivity, it is ideal for detecting faint point sources associated with Galactic transients. The data can be accessed at http://third.ucllnl.org/gps.
