Large Amplitude Qn-Qp Collectivity in Neutron Rich Oxygen Isotopes
Abstract
By means of HFB with constraints on both neutron and proton quadrupole moments Q̂n and Q̂p, we investigate the large amplitude isovector deformation properties of neutron rich isotopes of Oxygen. We then analyze the collective dynamics in the {<Q̂n>,<Q̂p>} parametrized surface by means of the spin and particle projected Generator Coordinate Method.
