VizieR Online Data Catalog: Spectroscopic atlas of HD175640 (Castelli+, 2004)
Abstract
The spectrum of HD 175640 was observed at ESO with the VLT UV-Visual Echelle Spectrograph UVES at 90000 and 110000 resolving power shortward and longward of the Balmer discontinuity, respectively. It covers the region 3040-10000{AA}, with two gaps at 5759-5835{AA} and 8519-8656{AA}. Furthermore, the 9074-9098{AA} range cannot be used, as the spectrum quality is poor in this interval. The file "obsspect.dat" is the observed spectrum normalized to the continuum level and shifted to the laboratory wavelength scale. It covers the region 3040-10000A with gaps at 5759-5835{AA}, 8519-8656{AA}, and 9074-9098{AA}.
The synthetic spectrum of HD 175640 was computed with the SYNTHE code from Kurucz and with an opacity sampling ATLAS12 model atmosphere computed for the individual abundances of the star. The file "synspect.dat" is the synthetic spectrum for the whole interval 3000-10000{AA}. The Kurucz database (http://kurucz.harvard.edu/linelists/gf100) has provided the basis for the atomic line data. We implemented the files gf0400.100, gf0500.100,gf0600.100, gf0800.100, and gf1200.100 by replacing several loggfs with more up-to-date determinations and by adding missing lines, Stark broadening parameters, and hyperfine and isotopic components. The files gf0400new.100, gf0500new.100, gf0600new.100, gf0800new.100, and gf1200new.100 are the modified files used for computing the synthetic spectrum. (2 data files).- Publication:
