Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconducting thin films Preparation parameters interdependence
Abstract
In this work the preparation of high-Tc Bi-based superconducting thin films doped with lead and deposited by means of the spray pyrolysis technique is presented. Results of their structural, electrical and chemical characterization are also reported. Bi-based superconducting films with Tc0 around 100 K and Tc onset of 110 K were obtained. The growth of the 2201, 2212 and 2223 phases in the prepared films was observed. The influence of composition and thermal treatment parameters upon the growth of superconducting phases as well as on the electrical behavior was determined.
