Because of an error at the Press, mpeg files associated with Figures 5, 10, 11, and 14 of the original paper were not mentioned in the text or posted with the paper. Following are the figures representing stills from the mpeg files, which are posted in the on-line edition of this erratum. The Press sincerely regrets this error.
