Renormalization group effect and a democratic-type neutrino mass matrix
Abstract
In our previous paper, we proposed the democratic-type neutrino mass matrix which gives interesting predictions θ23=-π/4, \|tan θ12\|=2-3 sin2θ13, and δ=π/2, where θij is the mixing angle between mass eigenstates νi and νj, and δ is the CP violation angle in the standard parametrization of the mixing matrix. In this paper, we examine how predictions behave at mZ by assuming that they are given at the right-handed neutrino mass scale MR.
