Renormalization group effect and a democratictype neutrino mass matrix
Abstract
In our previous paper, we proposed the democratictype neutrino mass matrix which gives interesting predictions θ_{23}=π/4, \tan θ_{12}\=23 sin^{2}θ_{13}, and δ=π/2, where θ_{ij} is the mixing angle between mass eigenstates ν_{i} and ν_{j}, and δ is the CP violation angle in the standard parametrization of the mixing matrix. In this paper, we examine how predictions behave at m_{Z} by assuming that they are given at the righthanded neutrino mass scale M_{R}.
