The 1986 - 87 apparition of Jupiter: atmospheric aspects and rotation periods.
Abstract
Jupiter was observed intensively by A.L.P.O. observers in the 1986 - 87 apparition. This report describes the appearance of events reported for the planet's atmosphere, along with feature rotation periods derived from central-meridian timings.
