String cosmology: concepts and consequences.
Abstract
The author discusses the main ideas/assumptions underlying string cosmology and show how they lead to a two-parameter family of "minimal" models. He then outlines how the spectrum of scalar, tensor and electromagnetic perturbations are related to those parameters, and mentions their most relevant physical consequences. Finally, the author briefly reports on recent progress on the exit problem in string cosmology.
