q-analog of A m-1 ⊕ A n-1 ⊂ A mn-1

A natural embedding A _m-1 ⊕ A _n-1 ⊂ A _mn-1 for the corresponding quantum algebras is constructed through the appropriate comultiplication on the generators of each of the A _m-1 and A _n-1 algebras. The above embedding is proved in the q-boson realization by means of the isomorphism between the A {_/q ^-} ( mn ~ ⊗ ⁿ A {_/q ^-} ( m) ~ ⊗ ^m A {_/q ^-} ( n)algebras.
