The semi-inversion method for generalized cylindrical microwave structures
Abstract
An effective number-analytical method is suggested for calculation of arbitrary cross-section cylindrical structures that is based on inversion of the operator equation main singular part. In the Galerkin method the basic functions being eigenvalue functions of the boundary problem operator of electromagnetic wave diffraction on a circular cylinder are used. The method is applied to calculate waveguide, inhomogeneities waveguides, and strip lines with complex cross-section (profile).
