On the annealing of magnetic relaxation processes in magnetite at high temperatures II: Analysis in the 400 < T(K) < 600 range
Abstract
Magnetic relaxation measurements were performed on vacancy-doped polycrystalline magnetite in the temperature range 200-800K. Important relaxation processes have been observed in the temperature intervals 250 < T(K) < 350 (peak III) and 400 < T(K) < 600 (peak I). From a detailed analysis of its annealing behaviour, it has been concluded that the main experimental features of peak I are compatible with a dislocation relaxation.
