Optical properties of PbTe
Abstract
In this paper we present the epsilon (E) spectra of PbTe at room temperature between 1.15 and 5.4 eV measured by SE. The obtained epsilon (E) spectra and their derivative spectra d(sup 2)epsilon (E)/ dE(sup 2) are analyzed using two theoretical models, namely the model dielectric function (MDF) and standard critical-point (SCP) model.
