Superconductivity of indium arsenide, induced by irradiation
Abstract
The experimental results are reported, that disordered at room temperature by 80 MeV alpha-particles Indium Arsenide at T less than 6K has properties, peculiar to superconductors. The likely mechanisms of superconductive states formation in semiconductor crystals are discussed.
