Worst case circuit analysis application guidelines
Abstract
This document presents an overview of Worst Case Circuit Analysis. Worst Case Circuit Analysis is a method for determining circuit performance under extreme (worst case) conditions. This process is accomplished by analyzing a circuit's variability with respect to part parameter tolerance extremes. Part parameter variation is the result of both internal and external factors. This document also presents general guidelines for implementing and performing a worst case circuit analysis.
