Study of continuous-time and mixed analog-digital operators
Abstract
The study of elementary analog operators is addressed. Different techniques for 'transconductor' realization were studied, and architectures giving good linearity and low consumption were proposed. The transconductor study was applied to continuous time high frequency filtering. The design of Gm-C filters was studied. Nonlinear operators studied are: a CMOS multiplier, a family of nonlinear operators for neural network implementation. Mixed analog-digital operators allow operations between an analog signal and a digital signal. Potential applications of mixed operators are presented.
