Electrical impedance of a composite acoustic resonator in the microwave range
Abstract
A general expression is obtained for the impedance of a resonator structure consisting of a semiconducting film and a dielectric layer. The piezoelectric and strain-potential mechanisms of electromechanical coupling are examined. It is noted that the formulas obtained here can be used to study the frequency properties of the impedance of composite structures for arbitrary semiconductor and dielectric materials in a wide temperature and frequency range.
