Parameters of low-energy scattering for resonant Coulomb systems
Abstract
A formula is obtained for the nuclear-Coulomb effective radius which is applicable for arbitrary angular momentum and leads to constraints on the value of this radius that are independent of the form of the strong potential. Scattering lengths and effective radii are calculated for the lightest hadron systems.
