Control of reliability of measuring stellar angular diameters.
Abstract
A test is suggested for the control and self-consistency of the observed angular diameter, D, apparent magnitude, V, colour excess, EB-V, spectral energy distribution, Eλ, and colours B-V, U-B of stars. Observed and theoretical characteristics are estimated. The test is stable if the measurement errors for D, V, EB-V, Eλ, B-V, U-B are not greater than the up-to-date accuracy.
