Dispersion and leakage characteristics of coplanar waveguides
Abstract
The spectral-domain approach is utilized to discuss the dispersion and leakage phenomenon in a coplanar waveguide structure caused by the substrate surface wave. In this study, the effective dielectirc constant and the attenuation constant due to surface wave leakage are presented and discussed in detail.
