Coherence transition in an x laser. Numeric code for the Bloch-Maxwell equations
Abstract
A Bloch-Maxwell equation resolution code is described. The influence of polarization on propagation is studied. Coherence and possibilities of radiation amplification are considered. The model is based on the hypothesis that the plasma is homogeneous. The choice of initial conditions is determined to be fundamental. The cylindrical geometry of the plasma is taken into account. The column of plasma of interest is considered to be off-axis.
